Abundance = More than enough!
So do you have more than enough money?
Do you have more than enough in loving relationship?
Do you have more than enough fulfilment?
Do have more than enough career satisfaction?
Do you have more than enough joy, sex, love, creativity…the list goes on!
I guarantee that no-one reading this, including myself will have all areas covered off in complete abundance…so why is that? (If you do, please prove me wrong!)
You see, until we love ourselves and others unconditionally, no matter what shows up, we cannot be fully abundant.
So where do we start in creating abundance? Well, for me it started with financial abundance and it’s good one to start with as it is very measurable.
My journey however started with a flawed premise that is that I had “lack” – lack of sales, lack of money coming in, etc. So guess what? Because that was where my focus was, that’s exactly what showed up…what you resist persists. I was in resistance. I also wanted to be the top salesperson for the organisation that I was working for, I was competitive and I made it mean something about myself if I was top. I was also attached to the outcome and attached to what people thought of me, again another flawed premise. I had made it mean something about me. I also had a negative self belief that I couldn’t be the best at something. I was both attached as well as in resistance.
How did I shift this?
I shifted first by working with others who helped me see how I was sabotaging myself. I saw my current reality, my current operating platform that up until that point I was totally unaware of.
From that place of current reality I got really clear on what it was that I wanted, I could see from my truth without limitation that it was possible to be the top salesperson and to earn over a $100k per year (at the time that was doubling my current income and was where my expectation was). I shifted my thinking to a place of actually knowing that this was possible, holding the vision of what I wanted and allowing that to unfold. I also lost all attachment of what it might mean if I was the top salesperson and all resistance to actually getting there. From that place magic starts happening, the Universe starts supporting, the right people show up, the right solutions and actions are taken from an inspired place, its what I call the slip stream. And within 3 months I was top sales person and on track to earn well over that figure.
So what about other areas of life, the same principals apply if you are coming from a place of lack….whats going to show up? If you have self doubt, limiting beliefs, if you don’t believe in yourself or others, if you don’t trust or you feel the need to be in control, or if you don’t feel you belong, or if you feel insignificant or unlovable, these are all limiting self beliefs that play out, the resistance or attachment is present. You see when you are coming from these various operating systems your ego is in the driving seat, and you are not loving all of you for who you really are.
You are Abundant when you can love yourself unconditionally. You love yourself no matter what you have or haven’t done. And from that place you are being authentic and from authenticity there is no resistance or attachment, no limitation, and the flood gates open to allow the slipstream of abundance to unfold.
So really, in summary, Abundance is a state of being and it is something that can be worked on bit by bit, step by step. So have fun with it. Start with focusing on what you truly want! And if you can see what is true for you from an intuitive space the possibilities a limitless.
