How about some Acknowledgement?

I was out on my morning walk, and thinking about what I was grateful for. I had a realisation about what a big year it has been and I still had a month to go. Part of me was stuck in my head about what I should or could be doing to finish off the year, but as I walked I realised I hadn’t thought about what has actually been achieved this year. And that it might be useful to at least acknowledge that.

When I got home I wrote out each month and wrote what I had done, what I had achieved or experienced – Facebook is a great tool to help you look back on. I was astounded that I had forgotten half the things I had done as I was so busy looking and creating the next thing, or in my case, thinking about what I should or could be doing.

This month I urge you to take some time out to acknowledge the year you have had. Feel the gratitude for what you have achieved, the experiences you have had. In doing this it gives you an appreciation of what you have done, and how, as a result, you are not the same person you were a year ago.

This allows space for the new to unfold and clarity to see what you would have liked to have created or done better.

This will give you an awesome platform to start manifesting 2016 the way you would love. Have fun with it!
