Have you ever set a goal or target and thought “yeah, that would be great, but its not really achievable”? Did you achieve it? It’s highly unlikely because at the outset the expectation was on not achieving it.
Or have you set a goal but not really been clear of the outcome of that goal? Or maybe you haven’t felt confident about why you are going for a goal? Is it because you think you should, or because that’s what others have, or because someone else expects you to. Again, if your intentions are coming from an inauthentic place, then its unlikely to unfold with ease or at all.
Get clear on what you want from your truth.
List your intentions out and once you have, go back and see how you feel about them? Do you get a sense of fun and excitement? Or in fact the opposite?
Does it feel like something that is true for you, that would be fun getting to and achieving ?
If the answer is yes or if the feelings of :yeah this really something I can achieve, something I truly want”, then you are on track.
If there is any negative feeling then the goal needs revisiting and adjusting until you are feeling that sense of fun and sense of “I can do this”.
Now be careful as your EGO can also come in and tell you “no, you can’t have that” or “you don’t deserve it”, or “its impossible”! Try to be aware of the negative chatter-monkey when it comes in. Try to come back to that feeling of excitement/positivity towards your goal.
If you are unclear of your goals and what is true for you, or if your EGO is running the show, I can help you get clear from your truth of what is possible for you and create that clear focus to achieve what you want.
