Happy New Year. It’s been an interesting start to the year for many of us, but the beautiful thing I have noticed is the care, kindness and coming together that has united us all.
In my opinion, it’s the start of a new way for society to be, a deeper awareness that we are all in this together and that when we come together we are a powerful force for change.
On that note, I’m delighted to announce that my book “Abundance 101” will be released next month and that I have two launch parties coming up. The first one is in Melbourne on Wednesday 12th February and then Sydney on Tuesday, 18th February and you are all invited.

In “Abundance 101″, I share my personal journey to Abundance, interweaving throughout the key lessons you can apply in your day to day lives.
Below is a small snippet from Chapter One where I write about some of the first learnings I had back in 2005.
“We are all intuitive beings.
As we started on the course content, one of the first things I learnt was that we are all intuitive beings. We immediately got to try our intuition out; tuning in to what we picked up about each other, and my partner for the exercise was Fiona.
This intuition business made sense to me because I’d actually played with it before.
When I’d had a few drinks, I loved to do readings on people (especially strangers), and they were always surprisingly accurate. So, I had fun with it – of course, sober this time!
What we learnt is that when we tune into our intuitive selves, we become powerful and expand. I discovered that by giving ourselves space to tap into our intuition about what we want, it comes through us from our higher selves or from a higher truth. In fact, we become unlimited by the rational mind.
It also became apparent that we can create from that place of intuition and that when we use our intuition, we open ourselves up to see what’s possible from our unlimited selves and from our truth. By changing our focus to what we want and by using our intuition, we are infinitely more powerful and can create the life we desire.
For the first time, I was truly creating space to see what I wanted in my life from my unlimited self. I realised that I could choose what I wanted and that I could access this from a new and expanded perspective.
I also learnt that we are all limited by our thoughts and feelings. Humans have wounds, and most of the time these wounds drive our thoughts and feelings, especially the ones that are on repeat. But I learnt that we can change that story.
When we shift our focus on to what we do want, we allow ourselves to override – and let go of – the wounding or limiting mind holding us back.
This was an amazing discovery for me.”
