Tapping into your intuition (part 2)

So how do you get intuitive answers for yourself?

First set the intention on what you want to know. It may be an answer to something, or you may what to create a focus on something you want.

There are many ways to do this, but one of the ways I find the most effective is first to close your eyes, take a deep breathe or two, become conscious of your breath to centre yourself, feel your feet on the ground, become aware of your body and then become aware of your heart space. I like to imagine my heart opening up into seeing the answer that is there, (the heart represents love, higher consciousness, connection between the physical and spiritual as well as connection with self and others). Then allow whatever there is to come through.

You may receive words, statements, feelings in your body or a symbol and if it is a symbol use that as your starting point to get your answers, I like to write down what comes, this allows you to tune in further on those words that come to you, it’s like tuning into a radio station and refining the information.

Give it a try.

Just like exercising when you first start it can be clunky and you may think “am I doing it right?”.

The more you practice, or in fact exercise these new muscles, the easier it becomes for you to tap into your intuition at any time and as time goes on, with practice, you will know the difference when you are having an inspired thought versus a rational limited one.

I would love to hear how you go.
